How does the honing tube work?
When the honing pipe is working, there will be a sand bar. A lot of abrasive grains will be placed on the sand bar. If enough pressure is given to these abrasive grains, the honing tube will rub against the surface of the workpiece at a certain speed. This kind of extrusion and side hanging can finely reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece.
Also, when the sand bar is running and moving up and down, those abrasive grains will form a certain movement trajectory on the surface. The cutting speed of the honing tube is relatively low, which can greatly improve the honing efficiency.
