1. When selecting materials, materials with low hardness and good plasticity are generally selected when strength is guaranteed;

3. There should be no serious defects such as pits, cracks, cracks, folds, scars, ovals, etc. on the surface of the material;
4. It is better to choose products that have been left for 0.5~2a after hot rolling. The time is too short, and the surface corrosion of high-precision cold-drawn pipes is shallow. The time is too long, and the surface corrosion is too deep. These will lead to insufficient surface pretreatment, thus affecting the surface quality of the finished product.
